By using Load Calc Guru (the "Service"), a software owned and operated by Authors Collective LLC (the "Company"), a South Carolina limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Load Calc Guru is a software-as-a-service platform that provides ACCA Manual J and Manual S calculation tools for HVAC contractors and designers. The Service is provided by the Company.

3. Registration and Account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Load Calc Guru, including the algorithms and reporting formats, is the property of the Company. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Load Calc Guru provides the calculation tools "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation and are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Service. It is the user's responsibility to verify all calculations for local code compliance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page.
